    Job Title: Inside Sales and Marketing Executive Location: Bangalore, India (HSR Layout) Experience: 1-2 Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Tuesday Off, Work from Home on Saturday and Sunday) Responsibilities Job Description: Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Demos Setup: Coordinate and schedule product demos for potential clients, ensuring a smooth and professional presentation process. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs. Follow-up: Diligently follow up on leads, inquiries, and past interactions to close sales and drive business growth. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective strategies for lead generation and client acquisition. Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, including calls made, demos set up, and deals closed. CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information on leads and prospects. Requirements Experience: 1-2 years of experience in inside sales and marketing, with a strong emphasis on cold calling and demo setup. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to HSR Layout, Bangalore.
