- Job Responsibilities: Finance Professional (Regulatory and Compliance Specialist) : Position: Deputy Manager / Manager- Finance & Regulatory Compliance Specialist Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Experience Required: 3-5 Years Sector: Finance/NBFC / Fintech Company Overview: Fairassets Technologies India Pvt Ltd (Faircent) is a leading player in the Finance and Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC- P2P) sector, committed to excellence and innovation. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced finance professional to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryana. Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled finance professional with a strong background in finance, regulatory compliance, and RBI reporting. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of finance regulations specific to the NBFC sector and demonstrate proficiency in working closely with CXO-level executives for regular reporting and data presentation to various regulatory bodies. Key Responsibilities: Regulatory Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including RBI guidelines and other statutory requirements. Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and other regulatory bodies. Monitor changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments to company policies and procedures. Financial Management: Oversee routine finance-related tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. CXO Reporting: Work closely with CXO-level executives to provide regular financial reports and insights. Develop and deliver presentations and reports to senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities. Assist in strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis and recommendations. Compliance Audits and Reviews: Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to financial policies and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors during statutory audits and ensure the timely resolution of audit findings. Data Presentation and Analysis: Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Utilize advanced data analysis tools and techniques to provide insights and support business decisions. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth flow of financial information and compliance across the organization. Provide training and support to team members on regulatory compliance and reporting standards. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional certification (CA, CFA, CPA, etc.) is highly desirable. 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably within the NBFC sector. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and RBI reporting requirements. Proficiency in financial management software (Tally) and advanced MS Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively with senior executives and regulatory bodies.
