Role Overview We are looking for a smart and product-savvy QA Lead that is always thinking about what can go wrong in our products and is designing a testing framework to catch those issues before our users do. A successful candidate for this role is driven to ensure our product is thoroughly and efficiently tested to deliver a bug-free user experience. We are looking for someone that can apply engineering principles to the design and development of software tests which ensure the product's quality and reliability. We want an individual who has successfully implemented robust testing platforms and teams from scratch that make test coverage, testing status, and product quality transparent and metrics-driven. Responsibilities Manage the overall testing strategy and functions for all Subscribili products. Drive the software quality assurance life cycle within an Agile process in collaboration with the development teams. Establish optimal and efficient test strategies, and develop automated tests to ensure that the product releases meet the highest standards. Create and maintain testing progress, test coverage, and quality reports. Execute test cases and analyze the results to identify any bugs or issues. Create, maintain, and execute scripts during system-level, regression and smoke testing in various environments. Troubleshoot issues and provide support to the development team during the testing and debugging process. Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure the software is functioning correctly. Work with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Demonstrate strong leadership skills in understanding project goals, individual role operations, and the overall delivery process. Identify testing dependencies, highlight issues, and document risks to the project : Hands-on experience with Python and Selenium. Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Lead or similar role, with at least 6 years of experience testing web applications. Experience leading a team and mentoring more junior members. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Strong knowledge in QA methodologies, best practices, tools, and Robotic frameworks especially Selenium. Ability to develop scalable and reusable automation test scripts and execute them in an Agile/Scrum-based development environment. Experience documenting KPIs and metrics including quality and test coverage reports. Good experience with both front end and API testing, both manual and automated. Ability to document and troubleshoot errors and Points : Comfort in setting up a CI/CD environment with the integration of automated tests Awareness of Robot Framework Experience with application performance testing tools and reporting Here's a Glimpse Into Our Interview Process: You'll talk with a Subscribili Recruiter.
