 Customer Care Representative - Day Shift

Job Description

Manage large amounts of inbound/outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics. Display basic etiquettes on calls. Identify customers needs, clarify information and provide solutions/alternatives

Required Candidate profile

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Previous experience in a customer support role.
Day Shift only - 9 Hours, 6 Days a week, Rotational Basis
