About the Role:

We are currently hiring for the International Voice Process at Sutherland, Hyderabad. This role involves managing customer interactions for international markets, including the U.S. and the Middle East, and offering support related to products, services, or technical issues.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking to build a career in international customer service and develop valuable communication and problem-solving skills in a global work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound voice support for international customers
  • Provide timely and accurate resolution for queries and issues
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and empathy during interactions
  • Meet performance metrics in line with organizational standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong command of the English language is essential
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Open to freshers and experienced professionals
  • Candidates from all educational backgrounds: Graduates / Undergraduates / Postgraduates are welcome
  • Flexibility to work in 24/7 rotational shifts (5 days a week)
  • Must be based in Hyderabad and comfortable with working from office
  • Immediate joiners only
  • Outstation candidates are not eligible
  • No virtual interviews will be conducted
  • Two-way cab facility available for night shifts (within 15 km of office premises)

Selection Process:

  2. Assessment Round (JAM, Voice & Versant)
  3. Operations Round
