Job Description

Location: PAN India

Notice period: Immediate to 30 days joiners preferred

The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver any client solution
Provide product support and maintenance to the clients and resolve the day-to-day queries/ technical problems which may arise.
Good understanding of incident management & change management.
Good knowledge in configuration of PMGM module.
Have experience creating Route map, manage template, form template setting, RBP,etc.
Good business knowledge of various HR Processes and Talent management.
Should be good in documentation - Workbook, Unit Test Scripts, RBP, configuration, etc.
Check the feasibility of the new change requirements and provide optimal solution to the client with clear timelines.
Ability to interact with the customer to understand their current solution and propose recommendations for the betterment of their solution.
SuccessFactors People Analytics/Adhoc report experience required.
Stay updated on the latest SuccessFactors features and best practices
