Job Description

Role & responsibilities


Capex Manager will be responsible with the most critical role of utilizing their operational experience and eye for detail to assess the property, devising plans for Renovation as per approved standards, and engaging all relevant resources and people to achieve Go-live dates in the most optimal manner.


Audit - Conduct audits of identified potential properties against predetermined standards and submit feasibility report-Devise accurate cost and service estimates for converting audited property and propose realistic timelines for the same, basis audited condition-Plan for optimal inventory and delivery timelines of goods and services for launching properties as per estimate Go-live dates in the most cost-effective manner


Budget and Tendering -

  • Ensuring all the necessary protocols are followed wrt Tendering as per Industry Practices
  • Preparing cost estimated and seeking management approvals with proper Justification.
  • Awarding and Supervising works and ensuring all works are executed as per quality standards.

Operations and Cost Optimization - Ensure all property launches are achieved in a time bound and cost effective manner-Regularly monitoring and prioritizing PMC activities to meet stringent go-live timelines- Ensure quality execution of PMC works at Site.


Stakeholder Management - Collaborating extensively with all internal and external stakeholders for flawless execution of property transformation and launch-Take autonomous, data-driven decisions and execute process improvement initiatives


Preferred candidate profile


Candidate must have good experience along with good communication skills; Immediate joiners or 30 days notice period considered.


Must be from relevant industry


Must be comfortable to work in UK shifts - starts from 1PM
