Job Description

The ideal candidate will have successfully managed a continuous software delivery system for similar products and technologies, be ready to take ownership of our software delivery solution, and be excited about making measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and productivity while reducing the need for tedious or repetitive manual processes. You will be given the opportunity to take your proven experience and

• Take ownership of the continuous build and software delivery process
• Implement best practices around continuous software delivery and automation
• Lead continuous improvement to develop reliable and robust processes.
• Optimize the software production and deployment process
• Focus on maximizing productivity and quality across the software development group
• Interface with downstream teams to facilitate reliable automated delivery of tested software
• Implement traceability from tickets, user stories, etc. to build artifacts
• Implement configuration management best practices
• Manage day to day operations of development-related IT infrastructure (build servers, etc.)

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field
• 4 + years of experience in the fields of DevOps, software development, release engineering

WE VALUE

• Experience implementing continuous delivery pipelines with tools such as Bamboo/Github Actions.
• Experience with automated configuration and management of Windows servers
• Expertise with git
• Experience with testing tools such as SoapUI
• Experience with deployment practices for Windows application
• Experience working in Agile environment with Scrum and Kanban
• Good communication skills
• An ownership attitude
