Role & responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
1. To increase the penetration and market share of PMS products in their respective geographies
2. Liase with distributors and build rapport to increase penetration of PMS products
3. Responsible for activating dormant channel to increase sales
4. Increase visibility of PMS products among distributors
5. Responsible for PMS product training to internal RMs and distributors
6. Think Out of the box for creating more penetration and sales in PMS.
7. Handling PMS queries and services issues for all existing PMS products
Preferred candidate profile
Should posses effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to convince and negotiate with a confident and determined approach
Should be highly self motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
Should be capable of thriving in the competitive market
Should be able to work in team and also perform independently
Work Status: Full Time
