Procurement Executive @ Vistara Prime

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and source properties for apartment and commercial space brokerage
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and developers
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with property owners
• Conduct site visits and verify property documents
• Coordinate with legal and operations teams for smooth onboarding of properties
• Stay updated on local property market trends and new project launches
• Ensure all property listings are up-to-date and well-documented
• Maintain vendor/property databases and manage records systematically
• Support the sales team with accurate property details and background

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate experience is a plus)
• 13 years of experience in procurement or field coordination
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Willing to travel locally and handle on-ground activities
• Basic knowledge of property documentation is an added advantage
• Self-driven, energetic, and field-oriented
• Familiarity with local real estate market preferred
