Job Description

Dear Candidate,
We are hiring a Test Automation Framework Engineer to build reusable testing infrastructure that enables scalable, fast, and reliable quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automation frameworks for unit, integration, and system testing
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD systems
• Develop reusable components, utilities, and test data generators
• Write test plans, reports, and dashboards
• Collaborate with QA engineers and developers
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript
• Experience with testing tools like Pytest, Selenium, or Robot Framework
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control
• Bonus: Exposure to performance testing or cloud-based test environments

Soft Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
