Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit qualified candidates to join as insurance advisors. Ensure they complete the necessary licensing requirements to become authorized to sell insurance products, helping the company meet its sales objectives.
Continuously inspire and support the insurance advisors to achieve the sales targets set by the company. Provide guidance on sales techniques, market trends, and help advisors overcome challenges to reach their goals.
Offer continuous on-the-job training to ensure advisors are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for success. Regularly monitor and evaluate their performance, providing feedback and helping them improve.
Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management. Foster open communication and collaboration to enhance overall business operations.
Focus on maintaining the persistence of policies sold by your team, ensuring that they stay active and profitable. This contributes to the long-term success of the team and aligns with the company's profitability goals.
