Homeville Group is hiring dynamic and result-oriented Sales Managers to expand our Affordable Housing Loan and LAP (Loan Against Property) business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, sourcing home loan files, and building strong relationships with channel partners, developers, and DSAs.
Source Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Margin Money Funding cases from:
Open market
Developer channels
Connectors/DSAs
Handle clients in the affordable segment (ticket size ~40 lakhs)
Conduct initial discussions, documentation, and coordination until disbursement
Maintain relationships with channel partners and ensure repeat business
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
Graduate in any stream
13+ years of relevant experience in Home Loans, LAP, or NBFC/BFSI sales
Basic knowledge of KYC & loan documentation
Strong communication (verbal + written) & interpersonal skills
Must have a two-wheeler (preferred for field visits)
