Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Study Abroad Counselor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of international education systems and be capable of guiding students through the entire process of studying abroad, from choosing the right program and country to securing admission and visa approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents on study abroad options across multiple countries (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.).
- Assist students in selecting the right course, university, and destination based on their profile and aspirations.
- Guide students through the admission, documentation, and visa process.
- Maintain accurate student records and regularly follow up for conversions.
- Keep up-to-date with international education trends and visa rules.
- Build strong rapport with students, offering personalized support and guidance throughout their journey.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in *Study Abroad Counseling* is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of university admission procedures and visa requirements for various countries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle student queries and provide clear, tailored advice.
- Highly organized, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.
