Job Description

Job Title: Manager Location: Thane (West) Experience: 4-6 years (preferably in the manufacturing industry) Compensation: 10-12 LPA Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other laws. Manage monthly book closures and financial statements. Prepare budgets and analyze actual vs. planned performance. Handle treasury functions and liaise with banks. Oversee financial operations and implement cost controls. Manage funds to minimize finance costs and risks. Deliver MIS reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash & Fund Plans). Analyze revenues and costs segment-wise and product-wise. Support in direct and indirect tax matters, including assessments. Work in an ERP environment. Qualifications & Skills: CA (Intermediate or higher) is mandatory. Proficient in ERP systems, direct & indirect taxation. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
