The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM software, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for improving customer experiences. Responsibilities Include :- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Develop and implement strategies to optimize CRM usage and improve customer interactions.
