Job Title: Technical Sales Executive - Electroplating Industry Location: Delhi, India Company: Cupron Industries Pvt. Ltd. Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Technical Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in technical sales within the electroplating industry. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales insight to drive business growth and deliver exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand our customer base. Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Provide post-sales support and address any issues or queries from clients. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical sales within the electroplating industry. Basic understanding of electroplating processes, equipment, and applications. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software.
