Job Description Capgemini is seeking a director level executive to drive CG s agenda in India as the Anti-Fraud operations SME. The ideal candidate should have a builder mindset, who is not only a strong leader who can articulate a vision but one who can also drive the execution of that vision in a very concrete manner that results in tangible business outcomes (bookings, revenue, market recognition). The role demands a high level of autonomy; a strong appetite to drive change and overcome organizational complexity; and a high level of drive to build a business from its current very nascent stage to a potential multimillion scale business. Primary Skills Responsibilities as a SME Include: - Solution and sales support including prospect identification, pitch pilot and growth funnel ownership. Deal SME for the bid teams to secure the win of large and/or strategic deals. Capability evolution encompassing outside-in benchmarking, digital / tech embedment, enhancement, execution, and internal / external evangelisation. Delivery bridge, including noiseless start of new engagements / ramp up and service quality assurance. Drive client conversations on relevant policies & jurisdictions applicable to CG staff. Help drive the build and execution of a Training Academy over time as and when size and scale of delivery operations has been achieved. Thought leadership on content and marketing support to strengthen the brand. Solution Building the new foundations of the offer, strengthening the value proposition, and articulating the unique business value. Secondary Skills 15-20 years of experience in the Banking Capital Markets and Fintech space, with a minimum of 10-12 years in Fraud / Chargebacks and disputes, with a strong project track record and demonstrated SME and Delivery expertise contributing to cutting edge solutions towards presales/growth. A bachelors degree is required; MBA & any industry certification is strongly preferred. Handled large scale operations for multiple clients from solution creation, account set up to delivery. Key behavioural competencies & Skills include: Excellent commercial savviness and executive presence Superb leadership and team-building skills with the ability to build consensus and achieve goals through collaboration rather than direct line authority. A positive, results-oriented style, evidenced by listening, motivating, delegating, influencing, and monitoring the work being done. Strong customer orientation, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural and multi-functional teams spread across geographies.
