Role & responsibilities

We seek experienced Freelance Technical Interviewers to assess candidates across 50+ in-demand technologies. You'll conduct remote technical screenings for roles in software development, cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, and emerging tech.

Conduct structured technical interviews (video/phone) evaluating:

• Coding skills (algorithms, system design)
• Tool/framework proficiency (see below)
• Problem-solving approach
  Provide detailed feedback using standardized rubrics
  Maintain candidate confidentiality
