Job Description
Key Skills: Python, Azure AI
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Should have strong python development experience with Django or Flask framework, front end React/Angular with Java/TypeScript
- Should have hands on experience in Machine Learning Model and deep learning development using python
- Good Command on Azure cloud services like function app or app service, CI/CD pipeline, SQL database like (SQL, Postgres, MongoDB)
- Azure Cosmos DB
- Should have strong development on API based solution to handle large volume of data
- Data Quality Analysis and Data preparation
- Exploratory Data Analysis and visualization of data
- Defining validation strategies
- Defining the preprocessing or feature engineering to be done on a given dataset
- Training models and tuning their hyperparameters
- Unstructured Text processing using NLP and Transformer Models
- Strong experience on Azure AI Studio with latest models, strong prompt engineering skills
- Build solutions with Large Language models, Transformer Models, hugging Face
- Azure AI search (Vector Store), Retrieval Strategies, Indexing, embedding and RAG implementation
- Explore to Agentic AI frameworks - CursorAI etc will be good add-ons
- Exposure to fine tuning strategies will be good add-ons
- Exposure to Langchain framework will be good add-ons
- Analyzing the errors of the model and designing strategies to overcome them
- Deploying models to production - using Azure Kubernetes/Azure function apps etc.
- Will be responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying/implementing Machine Learning/GenAI solutions
- Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy Machine Learning/GenAI solutions
- Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities
- Excellent time-management and organization skills
- Skilled at understanding the big picture and identifying insights from data
- Strong knowledge in Programming languages like Python, C#, Java/Javascript
- Driven/ Motivated about working in management consulting industry
- Managing client requirements and expectations on different aspects of a project
- Excellent verbal and written communication and form liaison between business and technical architects and developers
Skills Required:
- 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, master's in computer application, MIS or related field
- End to End development experience in deployment of the Machine Learning model using python, Azure OpenAI studio, Prompt engineering and LLM based solutions
- Exposure in developing client-based or web-based software solutions
- 4 years of strong python development experience
