Job Description
Job Overview:We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing digital products. This role requires a proactive and collaborative designer who can contribute to all stages of the design process, from user research to final implementation. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to understand user needs and preferences.
Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites and applications function and look.
Design and deliver user-centric interfaces and experiences across various platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of the design aligns with user experience standards and guidelines.
UX Design JD 2 Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies. Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar. Strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design work, demonstrating your process and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into design improvements.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
