Finance Executive @ Preludesys

Job Description

As an Executive Finance you will:

• Accurately record financial transactions in Tally ERP 9 software.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records.
• Compile and analyse financial data to create Excel reports.
• Prepare various financial statements and analysis reports as required.
• Develop Management Information System (MIS) reports to provide insights into financial performance.
• Customize reports to meet the needs of management.
• Proficiently navigates Tally ERP 9 software to manage accounting tasks efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with Tally ERP 9 procedures and best practices.
• Generate statutory reports required by regulatory authorities.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory reports.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 1+ Years in Finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation.
• Ability to use Excel functions and formulas for financial calculations.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, including double-entry bookkeeping and financial statement preparation.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9 software for accounting and financial management.
• Ability to perform tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and reconciliation in Tally ERP 9.
• Familiarity with the preparation of documents required for submission to government authorities.
• Ability to organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for financial documents.
