Job Description
Consultant - Cloud Systems is an expert profile in implementation & operations who is responsible for Build and RUN of existing Backup & Storage Solution Offerings based on products from different vendors
Implement, configure, monitor, maintain & troubleshoot the issues for implemented solutions and customer projects on shared cloud platforms offerings
Provide the expertise support for shared cloud offer (Build and RUN)
Run : Lifecycle management of solution and components using release management, vulnerability management, patch management, and knowledge management Providing Level 25 support on complex incidents & problems along with preparing the RCA documentation to avoid any future recurring issues

Technical Skills:
Experience in implementation, configuration, administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of backup products (minimum three) namely DellEMC(NetWorker, Avamar, iDPA, DPA & PowerProtect Data Manager), Veritas NetBackup, Veeam Backup & Replication, Commvault, Cohesity, Trilio, Enterprise Vault etc
Experience in implementation, configuration, administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of backup storage products namely DellEMC Data Domain, Veritas NetBackup Appliance, Veritas Flex Appliance, Physical Tape Libraries(Quantum/IBM), Disk Libraries, Scalar Key Managers etc
Experience in implementation, configuration, administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of storage products Netapp & Huawei Storage Systems
Experience in the implementation of CIFS, NFS, FCP, iSCSI, SNAP Mirror, Snap Vault and Brocade & Cisco SAN Switches
Candidate should have hands on experience in performing day to day activities including firmware upgrades on NetApp 7-Mode & C-Mode filers and ONTAP OS upgrades
Candidate should have hands on experience in performing all kinds of day to day activities on the range of all kinds of backup products on DellEMC & Veritas along with the physical & virtual appliances
Candidate should have good knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, OpenStack, and Containers) and any Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google etc)
Candidate should have good experience in scripting (Shell/PowerShell/Perl/Python etc) and Rest API
Experience in the implementation, configuration, administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of replication technology namely DellEMC (Avamar, DellEMC PowerProtect DataDomain) & Veritas products
Knowledge of OS Administration Unix (RedHat/Centos) and Windows
Experience in managing Brocade, Cisco & Huawei fabric
Candidate should have the ability to quickly take ownership of new technologies in your technical domain
Candidate should be passionate about technology, but never lose the operational aspect of implemented solutions for your customer/platform

Educational Qualifications
University degree in Engineering or Science, Master degree in Computer Science/Applications or BS Computer or equivalent with 60% or above
Appropriate vendor certification on Storage (DellEMC, NetApp, HP, Huawei) and Backup products (DellEMC, Veritas NetBackup, Veeam, Commvault etc) and it s better if expert have a certification on Design, Deploy, Implementation
Relevant Experience
8 - 10 years experience in Backup, Storage, Virtualization & Cloud Management platforms
Minimum 6 year experience on Storage and Backup technologies
