Salesforce Developer- Intermediate @ Equifax

Job Description

• Development and maintenance of customised solutions on the Salesforce platform, supporting critical business functions and project goals
• Daily support of end users and BAU enhancements
• Supporting the business with housekeeping of data to ensure GDPR compliance
• Working closely with the Salesforce Delivery Manager, Project Managers, Enterprise Architects and other Developers to design high quality solutions and ensure business benefit
• Ensuring a proactive and flexible work environment is maintained to facilitate agility in responding to changing project goals and customer requirements
• Work directly with client developers and testers to assist in client on-boarding and API integration
• Work directly with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts as necessary to analyse project objectives, requirements and advise on Salesforce best practice
• Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing solutions following a best practice application lifecycle management process

• Fluent English language skills
• 2-5 years of experience in Deep knowledge and expertise across Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
• Proficient in the design and build of custom applications including Apex / SOQL, Lightning applications and components (LWC)
• Salesforce integration and API configuration, REST, SOAP, BULK API
• Data Loader / Salesforce Inspector
• Full SDLC and ALM knowledge
• Custom reporting and dashboard configuration
• Agile methodologies and practices
• Self-motivated and creative
• Salesforce certified to a minimum of ADM-201 , Platform App Builder (DEV-401) and Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification
• Experience building customer facing interfaces
