(Remote Interviews/Telephonic Interviews/Skype call Rounds)

Designation : Associate Customer Support
Qualification Required :Any Under Graduate or Graduate
Experience Required : Fresher and Experience both can apply
Skills Required : Excellent Verbal Communication skills + Basic Computer knowledge
Working Days : 6 days
Shifts : 24*7 (rotational shifts)
Job Location : Noida

Salary Offered : 1.6 LPA - 2.76 LPA

Job Roles & Responsibilities :
1) Answering premium customer queries via Voice
2) Establish relationship and trust with customer by ensuring qualitative service.
