Job Description

Process Executive :- Minimum 6 months experience in MDM

JOB ROLE:

• To Coordinate with MDM team on creation and maintenance of material, vendor and customer and Other Activities
• To Manage, verify, and provides clarification for the Item creation/maintenance process
• To Ensure system data accuracy across tools
• To Co-ordinate with vendor, merchant, and other stakeholders on MDM activities
• Assign unresolved Incidents to appropriate queue
• Resolve Incidents within the specified Service Level Agreements/Operational Level Agreements
• Generic mailboxes Monitoring

REPORTING TO: Team Lead

ESSENTIAL : 6 months to 1 year experience in retail, e-commerce, master data management and supply chain management. Experience in SAP ERP will be an added advantage.
