Job Description

Achieve regional sales targets in line with company objectives.
Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Territory Business Managers (TBMs), and Medical Representatives (MRs).

Required Candidate profile

Bachelor degree in Pharmacy/Science; MBA in Marketing/Sales is a +
12 years of exp in pharma sales with minimum 23 years as RSM or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of pharma market in North East India.
