TRANSACTION BANKING OPERATIONS
Transaction Banking Operations is part of Transaction Banking within the Platform Solution Division, comprised of below primary functions:
- We enable Sales by providing clients a differentiated experience through their pre-sales and go-live journey, through onboarding, implementation and testing, go live and early stage support
- We provide best in class service to our clients post go live across all their business needs, including payments and transactions flows across our global payment rails
- We support the build and development of new Treasury Products, Services and Partnerships, alongside Product, Risk and Engineering teams, by handling all Operational process, procedure and control development
TxB Operations is a growing sub-division, with regional presence in Singapore, Bengaluru, London, Amsterdam, New York, and Dallas. All our offices work closely together as a single global team. As this business expands we will look to increase our global footprint accordingly.
YOUR IMPACT
We are seeking to recruit an individual to join our newly formed Transaction Banking Operations Controls team. Transaction Banking Operations Controls is a part of Transaction Banking Operations primarily focused on acting as independent risk arm for TxB Operations focused on benchmarking, measuring & managing end-to-end operational risk.
- Drive our exception management strategy with the pivotal focus on root cause analysis along with resolution
- Responsible for benchmarking & managing our core Operational KRIs
- Primary point of contact for management reporting & escalation to ensure appropriate visibility towards resolution within stipulated timelines
- Accountable for ensuring end to end operational procedures are executed with zero errors & keeping risk at the center of all our workflows.
- Managing ongoing vendor relationship in-line with industry standards & agreed SLAs
- Partner with multiple Transaction Banking stakeholders & review operational workflows to ensure flawless execution of workflows.
- Managing our control workflows associated with firms Pn&L and Book & Records per stipulated KPIs
SKILLS ND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor s degree with professional and relevant experience in Operations
- Experience in Transaction Banking Exception Management, Audit Confirmations or Controls
- Experience with Balance Sheet Substantiation, Breaks Resolution & Root Cause Analysis
- Proficient in direction and oversight of functions with a focus on risk management and client support
- Good understanding of payment rails in the domain of International/Domestic or Global Payments
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Experience in delivering process service excellence
- Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability, and a control mentality paired with meticulous attention to detail

- Work with internal teams, strategic partners and clients to manage payment risk payment investigation and repair functions, and firm/customer funding flows also work with the business and technology to resolve exceptions / issues and FX payment exceptions.
