Harold Electricals is a leading name in the electrical components industry, known for quality, reliability, and excellence. We're expanding our team and looking for a proactive Procurement Executive to manage vendor coordination, purchase operations, and billing/accounts-related activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- End-to-end procurement management: From raising enquiries to final delivery
- Vendor coordination: Follow-ups, negotiation, quotation comparison & order finalization
- Maintain all purchase-related documentation, bills, and records
- Manage billing & accounting entries using Tally ERP
- Create, maintain, and update Excel reports for purchases, payments, and inventory
- Collaborate with warehouse and accounts for stock reconciliation and invoice validation
- Regularly track purchase orders, delivery timelines & stock requirements
- Provide timely updates to management about procurement status
- Ensure cost-effective buying through smart negotiation
- Be proactive in resolving vendor or material issues
Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in purchase/procurement/accounts
- Tally ERP expertise is a must
- Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, formatting)
- Good knowledge of billing, invoicing & accounts coordination
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
Preferred Industry Experience:
Electricals, Furniture, Lightning, Manufacturing, Trading, or any product-based industry with vendor handling
Key Tools:
- Tally ERP
- MS Excel
- Google Sheets (Bonus)
