Job Description

Job Title: Technical Scrum Master 

Experience: 6+ years

Location: Coimbatore, TN

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, schedules, resources, and budget allocations.
• Coordinate and lead internal teams across functional groups within the company and clients
• Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to address issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
• Effective Sprint Planning, User Stories skills, and experience leveraging Agile/Scrum/Kanban tools to manage projects effectively 
• Certification in Agile/Scrum/Kanban is a must and have a good understanding of the Software Development lifecycle and methodologies of Agile/Scrum/Kanban
• Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Implement quality assurance processes and methodologies
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs while assessing the impact on project deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field of study

Additional: Experience with enterprise-level Data and Digital Solutions would be beneficial for this role.
