Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- For focusing as per the hotels business strategy to achieve the top line revenue through successfully achieving team and personal goals.
- Proactively soliciting and managing all processes from lead generation until billing of the group/catering-related opportunities.
- Ensures business is turned over properly and closed post billing in a timely fashion to achieve a positive customer satisfaction.
- Responsible to learn how to support service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience. Provide service to our customers in order to grow share of the account on behalf of the resort and across the company.
- Definition of sales procedures by defining the various steps in dealing with inquiries for rooms and C&E Sales; establishment and control of same day 24 hrs response time commitment.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent and fluent command of English, written & Spoken.
- Hospitality/Travel/leisure industry management professional.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in drafting and managing budgets/revenue proposals; analyzing and forecasting results/market segments and rates.
- 4 Years as an experienced Assistant Sales Manager.
- Hotel Management Degree Certification.
