We are hiring a Relationship Manager for our Motor & Non-Motor Insurance division. This role focuses on agent recruitment, client relationship management, and business growth. Your Employer: Leveraging technology, the company provides customizable non-life insurance solutions, covering motor, health, travel, property, marine, and liability insurance to meet diverse customer needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify, onboard, and nurture new agents to expand the company business network.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and support to drive retention and referrals.
3. Work towards achieving business targets by leveraging relationships with both new and existing agents.
4. Plan and execute strategies to maximize sales and profitability within the motor insurance sector.
5. Provide necessary guidance, training, and mentorship to agents, helping them understand Insurances offerings and enhancing their selling capabilities.
6. Ensure that all sales processes, agreements, and transactions comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
7. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine business strategies accordingly.
8. Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and customer support teams to ensure smooth operations and superior client experience.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or the insurance sector, preferably in motor insurance.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, English and Marathi (additional regional languages will be a plus).
4. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
5. Passion for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining long-term client relationships.
6. Proven ability to establish and nurture professional relationships with agents, clients, and internal stakeholders.
7. Ability to address and resolve agent and customer concerns effectively.
