Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Technical Project Manager:
Experience: 12-16 Yrs
Qualification: MCA/BCA/BE/B.Tech
Minimum Project Management experience 5+ years
1. Expertise in programming skills in core Java ,J2EE and Angular (Latest Version), HTML, CSS & Javascript
2. Worked extensively on Spring MVC, Spring Boot framework to develop new internal web applications.
3. Experience in version control tools like GIT, CVS, and SVN.
4. Expertise in REST, SOAP web services to integrate between applications to application.
5. Strong Knowledge in any Java Integrated Development Environment (IDE) like Eclipse / IntelliJ / Spring Tool Suite
6. Strong Knowledge in any build tools like ANT, Maven, Gradle
7. Good exposure in mobile application development
8. Strong Knowledge in DB schema designing
9. Strong Knowledge in debugging and troubleshooting.
10. Strong interpersonal skills - must be able to work effectively as part of a project team and foster team cooperation.
11. Ensures customer satisfaction of information technology solutions by managing the details of overall project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
12. Plans and directs schedules and may monitor budget/spending.
13. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.
14. Ability to make recommendations based on the client's explicit and implied needs and translates those needs into work products
15. Manage the project plan, drive project completion, facilitating issues, maintaining control over the scope, and ensuring that project artifacts are maintained
16. Prepare materials to present to stakeholders or technology, both visually and in textual form
17. Manage project risk. Proactively identify and engage key project stakeholders/partners to avoid unanticipated issues and gaps during project execution.
18. Pro-active status reporting and key issues. Daily, Weekly, and monthly reporting on project details and status to various stakeholders, partners, PMO, tech execs, etc.
19. Monthly resource allocation process to forecast resource needs for the upcoming month. Collaborates and communicates with other project managers and dev leads, and managers to coordinate resources among multiple workstreams, cross-project initiatives, and activities.
20. Successfully execute all relevant project phases to design, build, test, and implement deliverables required to achieve project objectives and benefit targets.
21. Establish basic scope control procedures. Effectively identify and manage changes to project scope.
