Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification - Graduate in any discipline
Preferred 1-2 year tenure in Abuse moderation or similar profiles
Minimum ~1 year of work experience as Process Executive (PE) or equivalent.
Should be good at verbal, written communication and comprehension skills.
Mandate to work 24/7 (including night shift and public holidays)
Perform daily operational tasks with efficiency.
Should have experience in debugging tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Escalations Handling, Perform day to day tasks and responsible for handling high profile, sensitive escalations on abusive data on Maps.
Able to identify the abuse areas based on the reporters concern.
Oversee the entire abuse workflow, from intake to resolution, ensuring incidents are handled within established SLAs.
Review, classify, and/or remove content according to client services or policy guidelines using specific tools and channels
Understand and stay updated on changing client policies and guidelines
Investigate, resolve, and communicate complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team
Serve as an advocate for the user community
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of work
Engage in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development in the role
Engage in conversations around socially sensitive topics to keep our communities safe and embrace inclusion and diversity
Draft comments to reporters after analysis to share summary of findings
Reporting various teams to take actions on abuse data and on user profiles.
Analyze data to identify trends in abuse reports, leveraging insights to recommend preventive measures.
The candidate should be dedicated to producing high-quality research, able to carefully investigate, analyze data, and ensure that their results are accurate and reliable.
Follow all compliance and security measures for client data.
Candidates should be able to investigate and debug.
Adhere to process quality guidelines and work towards exceeding the monthly and annual quality goals.
This role demands strong judgment in applying different policies to complex edge cases, along with excellent communication skills for handling escalations.
