Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Master Data Management, EDI Analyst, Process End Customer Purchase Orders, Pricing Analyst


Experience in SAP/ Legacy Applications and master data management

- Knowledge of credit review and analysis processes and tools

- Ability to work with different teams and stakeholders

- Attention to detail and accuracy


- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


- Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of electronic data interchange (EDI) systems and processes for the shipping department

- Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure timely and accurate exchange of EDI documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, shipping notices, etc.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any EDI issues or errors that may occur during the data transmission or processing

- Use various client applications, such as SAP, Seeburger, and other legacy applications, to monitor, validate and update EDI data


  • Process intercompany orders from various sources and platforms.
  • Use CPMS and other legacy applications to enter, update, and verify order information.
  • Review and maintain all crucial audit and shipping information for order processing, such as customer details, payment terms, delivery dates, etc.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to order processing, such as missing data, inventory shortages, invoice errors, etc.
  • Monitor and report on order status, performance, and metrics.

Follow company policies and procedures for order processing and compliance

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP, SharePoint, and other financial applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
