CAD Design and DMU Packaging studies for Lighting and Vision components & Ensure to meet all the Homologation / Compliance requirements.

• Lighting Components like Forward Lighting, Rear lighting and Signal Lighting
• Ensure Cross functional team co-ordination on development and practices in a specific collaborative project with other regions.
• Ensure Vision and Lighting components from Design release to Launch with Design assurance plan (DAP) enabled
• Support DL to complete DFMEA, DAP, EDP, KBE for Lighting components

Bachelors in Engineering with any specialization

• Strong design experience in Lighting components
• Core experience in Lighting / Vision components
• Lighting Components like Forward Lighting, Rear lighting and Signal Lighting
• Strong hands on experience CATIA and UG, Surface modelling
• Effective interactions with Co-design supplier to ensure meet all the functional objectives defined during design stage
• Effective interaction with cross functional teams on issue resolutions.
• Knowledge on Technical review, PPAP, Part testing, FMEA, Design kick-off and Design approval.
• Strong knowledge in CATIA / UG and Enonia and Team Center.
