Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Department: Electrical / Robotic
Reporting to: Maintenance Line in Charge
Qualification: B.E / diploma (Electrical / Electronic)
Experience: BE with 5/ 6 year of experience or Diploma with 7 / 9 year of experience
CTC: As per company standards
Work Location: Pune - Mundhwa
Key Activities & Expectations:
- Compliance to shift maintenance activities, and attend all breakdown of the line equipment in bare minimum time.
- To maintain forging line equipment in healthy condition.
- To follow planned and preventive maintenance schedule.
- To follow predictive maintenance and non-confirmative to be addressed.
- To do why-why analysis deriving root cause and MTTR, MTBF kaizen
- To maintain equipment history card
- To control maintenance spare cost within target
- In-house repairing of repairable spare assembly.
- To follow TPM approach and SS activities in concern area of work
- To develop and enhance safe working environment
- To implement 14.0 and digitization platform on line and workplace
Key Deliverables & Technical skills required:
- Maintain equipment downtime within target in shift (below 8%).
- Planned Maintenance schedule adherence -98%
- why-why analysis adherence 100% with root cause and close loop actions.
- MIC Check sheet adherence 100% & non confirmative addressed through ODR
- Equipment history card entry-100% adherence.
- 100% adherence to TPM implementation plan and PM pillar activities.
- 100% Compliance to Safety - PPE, LOTO & Safety interlocks.
Technical Skills required:
- Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC, SCADA, HMI, Servo and VFD Drives
- Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC programming and logic development expertise.
- Fanuc Robot operational and programming expertise
- Induction Furnace operational and maintenance
Other Skills Required:
- Hydraulic, Instrumentation, Digitization and Electrical Power distribution.
- SAP and Computerized maintenance management systems
