Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Develop new business opportunities through telecalling, telesales, and marketing efforts.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services.
