What is the role about?

This position will be responsible for making new clients live & handling operations on existing clients. The role involves making sure that the client is timely live on SingleInterface platform & is successful published on various publishers. You will be expected to regularly engage with clients for query handling, ticket resolutions, making location pages live, Google My Business account handling & publishing on various platforms. You will also be coordinating with sales & client success teams for day to day discussion on clients & their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

As a pivotal member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the following:

  • As an executiveassistant, the position will be responsible to publish & maintain the business accounts (arranging client details/data, creating orders, publishing clients on SI platform & publishers, managing & maintaining the sanity of the account)
  • Ticket resolution within the SLA.
  • Oversee & manage delivery of operational requirements of the client.
  • Constantly work with clients, technology & sales/cs team to implement upgrades within clients existing plan to make sure that the client is utilizing all features available to them seamlessly.

Who we are looking for: -

  • Minimum education qualification - Bachelors Degree from a reputable institute.
  • Post Graduate Degree in Management will be an advantage.
  • Relevant Work Experience of 0-3 Years in backend operations & servicing preferably focused on digital media.
  • Candidates who have an experience in a SAAS business will be preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote; conceptual understanding of SEM/SEO a huge plus
  • Social, has strong relationship building skills, is flexible and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
