What is the role about?
This position will be responsible for making new clients live & handling operations on existing clients. The role involves making sure that the client is timely live on SingleInterface platform & is successful published on various publishers. You will be expected to regularly engage with clients for query handling, ticket resolutions, making location pages live, Google My Business account handling & publishing on various platforms. You will also be coordinating with sales & client success teams for day to day discussion on clients & their requirements.
