Train New Joiners on Indiamart product & processes
Track and report completion of training sessions
Should be aware about BPO training matrices,TNA,TNI,Attrition,NHT/PKT Refresher
Design & develop the regular assessments
Track individual performance.

Required Candidate profile

60 percent required in 10th , 12th and Graduation.
