Role/ Job Title : Key Account Manager

Function/ Department : Retail Assets, TW Business, Trade Advance/Inventory Funding

Job Purpose :

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and manage INF relationships with existing dealers/partner
• Portfolio Management: Monitor client accounts, assess financial risks
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities by acquiring new clients and expanding existing client portfolios
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• The primary responsibility is to manage and grow relationships with clients
• Maintain regular communication with clients to review portfolios, address concerns, and identify new opportunities
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations while conducting due diligence and maintaining high ethical standards
• Monitor industry trends, analyze competitor offerings, and provide insights to improve the organizations product and service offerings
• Coordinate with internal departments such as credit, compliance, and operations to ensure seamless service deliver
• Support the training and development of sales team for this product

Education Qualification:

Graduation: Any Graduate

Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in credit.
