We are seeking a Software Engineer to assist in migrating legacy InfoPath forms to PowerApps within Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of PowerApps, SharePoint, and Microsoft Power Platform, with a willingness to learn and grow in low-code/no-code development. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in analyzing existing InfoPath forms and their dependencies. - Support the migration of InfoPath forms to PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps). - Work with SharePoint lists, libraries, and Power Automate to modernize workflows. - Collaborate with senior developers and business users to understand form requirements. - Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of migrated PowerApps solutions. - Document migration steps, challenges, and resolutions. - Provide end user training and support as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. - Understanding of Legacy InfoPath forms and their functionality - Understanding of SharePoint lists, libraries, and permissions. - Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): - Basic understanding of Dataverse and Model-Driven Apps. - Experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics. - Knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, or PowerShell scripting. - Prior experience in Microsoft 365 environments. - Good to have JIRA and Service Now application exposure Education & Experience: - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 0-2 years of experience in SharePoint, Power Platform, or related Microsoft technologies. Soft Skills: - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly. - Excellent documentation and presentation abilities. - Outstanding customer service skills, with a client-centric approach. - Ability to adapt and remain composed in unexpected situations. - Open-minded, receptive to feedback, and quick to learn. - Flexible and available to work across different shifts as needed. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for productivity and collaboration.
