Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship management with existing clients.
  
• Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry to drive sales growth.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for home loan sales.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in Home Loan Sales or related field (freshers can apply).
  
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, including interest rates, terms, and conditions.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and negotiation.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
