Billing Engineer Interior Fitouts @ Art Construction

Job Description

• Prepare detailed bills of quantities (BOQs) and ensure all materials, labor, and other resources are accounted for accurately.

• Collaborate with the project management team to verify project specifications, design changes, and site progress.

• Track and maintain records of all project expenses, including materials, labor, and subcontractor costs.

• Assist in preparing and verifying monthly or progress billing for clients based on the projects progress.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure that all work done aligns with the specifications and that the billing is accurate.

• Ensure timely submission of invoices and follow up with clients for payments.

• Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for material procurement and payment releases.

• Prepare cost estimations and manage budget tracking for interior fit-out projects.

• Review contracts and amendments to ensure that billing is aligned with contractual obligations.

• Maintain documentation and prepare reports on project billing status, payments, and outstanding dues.

• Resolve billing discrepancies and coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants for clarifications.

• 4-5 Years experience in billing of commercial interior fit outs ,proficient in excel, complete knowledge of measurements
