Role & responsibilities

1. Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards.

2. Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

3. Manage materials, equipment, and workforce to optimize project execution.

4. Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with safety and
quality standards.

5. Plan and execute the installation and commissioning of specialized medical equipment.

6. Incorporate features like ramps, rails, and accessible facilities to accommodate differently-
abled individuals
