Job Description
We are seeking Marketing/Merchandise Specialist, who are looking forward for an absolutely rewarding career in the same field.

Visual Merchandising: The visual presentation of products plays a significant role in attracting customers. The Merchandise Assistant will design and implement visual merchandising strategies that enhance the shopping experience, including store layouts, signage, and product displays.
Promotional Planning: Developing promotional campaigns is another critical responsibility. Should have the ability to collaborate with the operational teams to create promotions that drive traffic and sales, such as seasonal sales, discounts, and special events.
Sales Analysis: Analysing sales data is vital for understanding product performance. The Merchandise Assistant will track sales metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product assortments and marketing strategies.
Collaboration: The Merchandise assistant will work closely with various departments, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and effective execution of merchandising strategies.
Marketing and Branding of RB Generic Brands on social media and print
Design a Planogram (Template) for RB Generic Brands per store and placements
Advertising be part of the Merchandising /Buying Team to produce weekly Print, Radio, TV Ads. Must be able to work with Graphics team to produce ads on time.
Work Location: Fiji (near Australia)
Accommodation: Free
Food: Self by candidate
Contract Term: 3 Years
Salary (In Hand): 70,000 (Depending on interview performance salary might vary. The salary offered will be fixed for 3 Years.)
Payroll: East West Brothers Limited.
Note: Visa and processing fees to be borne by the candidate and air tickets will be borne by the employer.
