Job Description

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and develop business opportunities in the healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics, healthcare institutions).
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure for domestic and international clients.
• Build and nurture client relationships to expand market presence.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure timely execution of projects.

Market Intelligence:

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to generate leads and represent HVAX.

Proposal & Tender Management:

• Prepare technical-commercial proposals, coordinate with design and estimation teams.
• Participate in tendering processes for large-scale healthcare infrastructure projects.

Cross-functional Coordination:

• Liaise with internal departments such as Engineering, Projects, Procurement, and Finance to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure client specifications and expectations are clearly communicated and met.
