Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage calendars for executives, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as needed.
- Plan and execute company-wide events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, etc. to promote team building and professional development.
- Oversee office administration tasks such as maintaining records, filing documents, and managing inventory.
- Ensure seamless execution of offsite team-building activities by coordinating logistics with relevant stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in administration management or a related field.
- Strong calendar management skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent event planning skills with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g. Expedia) is an added advantage.
