Job Summary:

As a Banker-Customer Experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. You will be the face of IDFC FIRST Bank and will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless and personalized banking experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Understand their banking needs and recommend suitable products and services

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner

- Cross-sell banking products and services to meet sales targets

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all banking products and services

- Adhere to all banking regulations and policies

- Collaborate with other team members to achieve branch targets

- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
