Job Description
- Extract and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to solve business operations challenges using structured frameworks.
- Define analytical objectives, create project plans, and document high-level solution designs for end-to-end analytics.
- Build automated data pipelines using AWS Cloud technologies, ETL tools, SQL queries, and Python scripts.
- Conduct deep data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key insights, translating business challenges into analytics use cases.
- Lead end-to-end development and delivery of key analytics projects, focusing on continuous improvement of processes.
- Develop dynamic models for scenario-based forecasting, ensuring model transparency through detailed documentation.
- Design and build data visualizations to simplify complex topics, and ensure effective communication of insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, measure performance against KPIs, and provide executive-ready recommendations.
- Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong expertise in BI tools like Tableau for data visualization and advanced analytics concepts such as predictive modeling and forecasting.
- Proficient in SQL for writing complex queries and stored procedures, with hands-on experience in Python scripting.
- Lead technical design discussions and solutions for complex analytical use cases, collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge of AWS services, including RDS, EC2, S3, VPC, AWS Glue, and Lambda.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with strong analytical and presentation capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills, able to manage multiple projects and drive results.
